Well, here we are. Day 1 of re-feeding. Thank goodness, I can't stand this diet anymore. Definitely need a break. I hope I'm not starving when getting out of ketosis. Woohoo, I get to eat a serving of fruit today. Haven't had fruit in four months. I'm jonesing for some raspberries. Need to shop after seeing the doctor this morning.
No wonder they don't let you do this diet for more than four months at a stretch. The rate of weight loss has come to a grinding halt. And my hair is falling out. :(
