Ok. I started a mixed version of Weight Watchers on Monday, 11/4. Toggling between WW freestyle, smart points, and iTrack Bites. It’s day 5 and I’m not as hungry as before. I guess I’ve lost 2 pounds, maybe more. So far so good. Exercising most weekday mornings too. Drinking g more water.
