FINALLY! A slight 1/4 lb reduction, wow. I suppose I've hit the dreaded "plateau," and things will really slow down now. Still, a tiny drop is better than a tiny increase, which is what I was dealing with earlier this week. 1100 calories does seem to be the ticket, and I'm getting used to this. I really don't think I can (or should) go any lower, though. It may be time to step up the exercise a bit. I put in 2 miles on the treadmill Tuesday, and should do the same (plus ab work) tonight. Dinner will likely be some sort of chicken and veggie, maybe broccoli. Just keep going, girl, just keep going!
