I have to say I am definetly proud of myself on the exercise portion of it. But not so much on the eating end. I could have done better eating this week. But I will say it did get better by the end of the week. Just had a rough start on it. I am happy I am down 2.5lbs. and hope to keep it up and be a size sexy by christmas. I really feel that I can do it with all the help and motivation of my buddies and all who have joined this challenge. Let's make this New Year's one that doesn't require a false resolution to lose weight because we will already be there.
