JC, see, it is not me. It is water. I have those sausage looking toes today. I need to put my legs up. I knew I didn't lose that 2 pounds. It was just water. 

I know skinny ♥️ for us we can fluctuate well over 5 lbs a day when this happens. Wake up and skin feels so tight. I know friend 😔💜💚 

Jc, yeah you too? My skin of my legs feel so tight all the time. I think a lot has to do with the steroids that I'm on. I hold onto a lot of water and I look like a big fat pumpkin. My face is so big and round and my belly is so big and round. But I'm not Orange. LOL we need to keep it light and keep smiling. TTYL JC 

Skinny absolutely luv, but I don’t have the struggle of taking steroids daily. The moon face happens so fast. The water weight and then comes the ravinish eating, which leads to weight gain....happens so fast. This is a REAL issue along with other medications and being open about it lets others feel not so alone. People who say medication has nothing to do with weight loss, especially when it comes to steroids( wrestling, weightlifting, baseball, basketball, football, competitions), then why do people in the above activities get busted and suspended, or lose their career for using them? Meanwhile, sick people who need them, lets just say to breathe 🤷🏻‍♀️ We go through all of the terrible side effects, and some want to call it an excuse. Yea, no.  

What I love is that you both keep powering through. Long term, the results will show. (I know, I take different meds, but also cause weight gain). My heroes! XOXO 

Binky, we are all in this together luv💪♥️ There are many meds that cause weight gain. We all can do this 💯 just never ever give up!! It just takes many of us a little longer to get where we need to be after finding our WOE💜💚
