Still at goal weight; stayed my course sugar, dairy & wheat free, even while away & partying this weekend; and celebrating 8 weeks off sugar! But, best of all, my baby is home from college & going with us on Thurs to UT where we'll be joined by my older son on Sat! They'll all downhill ski or snowboard, while I (and a girlfriend for part of the time) will x-country or snowshoe. Plus, I had a personal "that-a-girl" moment yesterday -- myself & a friend's husband (who also doesn't downhill) snowshoed up to the top of Stratton Mt, VT which is 2000 vertical feet, the farthest & highest I've ever! So, even though I'm a little sore, all is great in my world!
I count my blessings & start my day in prayer --
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
And, I will pray, breathe, log, post & express this one day, meal, moment, bite & emotion at a time! Hope all my FS friends are doing great also! xoxox
