Lately I have been really bad at nights. Semi-controlled cheetos and chips, I had pizza and cupcakes last night so it's an exception, i let myself be bad. I've been exercising each morning religiously. My last goal achieved was running 15 minutes at 4.5mph on treadmill. I also achieved my second weight loss goal of 189! Next stop: 184.
