Thanks Serena, I don’t know if I’ll reach my revised goal of 90kg. I’m 6ft and broad built. This is the lightest I’ve been for 30 yrs. I’ve went from a 55” + waist to a 34”. Hope you had a good Christmas pal. 👍

Thanks Bubblechum, really just ignoring the season. My eldest sister died on Monday 24th. It was totally unexpected. She just felt ill, her son called an ambulance but unfortunately she died on the way to hospital. Still waiting for a cause of death. Not got much off an appetite just now. 😢

Thankyou Serena, your very kind. I’ll be fine, it’s my mum we’re worried about. She’s 90, she’s taking it very hard. No parent should outlive their child. Unfortunately it happens all to often. Thanks again to you and Bubblechum for your kind thoughts x x
