it's all in the mind! I was heavier than you man, get a meal plan going and avoid buying anything else. online shopping is great for that. find healthy alternatives when eating out and give yourself a treat after weigh in.

I hear you. But maybe it's encouraging to hear that I set out a LOT larger than you and I was able to shed quite a bit since August (22kg/3.5st).
Keep it up and you will see results. I will have my fingers crossed for you 🤗
