I continue to have a new lower setpoint. I went through the holidays, and continue to, eat candies, cookies and other treats the clients brought to us at work, without gaining weight. I have added more supplements to my daily routine over the last few months, and continue to drink the "Smart" Coffee (for 1 1/2 years), but I think it may have started when I started making my coffee "Bulletproof" (added a teaspoon of ghee to my Smart Coffee). But honestly I don't know why I'm loosing the weight. I'm just glad that I am!!
