Early weigh-in! Not too bad. I don't ordinarily weigh-in on Thursdays, so idk if this is normal for 5 days. 🤷‍♀️ I do wonder what it would look like Saturday.
Oh well, I shan't find out this week. I am leaving on a jet plane at the crack of dawn tomorrow. Well, I'll be leaving my parent's house that early. I'm staying there tonight with my youngest and then we're going to California tomorrow. Workouts won't be happening, but I've adjusted my calendar and will be joining back in where I'm leaving off today. I shall try to keep up with IF, but the short trip and time difference is likely to screw with me. Additionally, I am not sure how well I will be able to keep to Slow Carb. It can be difficult to maintain a WOE while staying in someone else's house. {Plus, you know how naughty I am when I am in California. The food is one of the best parts!}
On a more somber note, we are going to California to participate in a memorial walk for my late brother, who will be gone EIGHT YEARS on Saturday. I can't believe it had been that long already. This is the 5th year my aunt has hosted the walk, and I finally have the opportunity to go! I'm excited to finally do the walk, and see a bunch of my extended family.
This is going to be where much of my focus is. But I'm going to try to be good. I always say that.
