I can't believe I went down another pound. I'm really excited about seeing the 170s on the horizon. But I will not starve myself. Will just keep eating healthy food in moderation. I still have issues with motivation to exercise. That is definitely my weak area.

Lunchtime: I did an impromptu fruit salad. It was almost perfection except for my adding a little yogurt. Should've left it out. I love figs with gorgonzola cheese and aged balsamic vinegar. The pears, blueberries and walnuts went very well with that combo. I could've done without the cantaloupe, but it did look pretty on that bed of mixed spring greens. Next time I'll get some prosciutto too. That would be extra fab!

Congratulations! Keep doing what you're doing. It's working. You are right about not starving yourself. That's the most common way to sabotage your diet. And the best way to keep the weight loss going is to move that body. Don't eat less - move more!

It's still pretty hot and humid here, but I can feel autumn just around the corner. I won't have any excuses for not taking longer walks then!
