Oh, I am sure that gain will be gone VERY quickly! I'll bet there was more sodium in the food away from home - so water is clinging to you temporarily! I hope you had a great vacation!

we went north to kelleys island, put-in-bay and middle bass islands...there were 7 wineries, a micro brewery and about 10 local food resturants...we rented golf carts on two of the islands to reach the outlying light houses and a couple of caves...then we would walk in the towns themselves...so we did alot of walking and taking tours...it was great...we figure there has to be about 3 or 4 more short trips up there before we see it all...

Yes you can and we start our cruise tomorrow. We will do great together.

Yup....water weight. Same thing happens to me when I go on vacation. You got a lot of exercise walking too which helps. Sounds like a really nice vacation! :) 

Hey as long as you had fun!! You also got alot of exercise in! That definitely counts! Over the duration of my business trip last weekend, I ate pizza twice and Chinese food twice and still managed to lose 2 lbs somehow...and ice cream 3 times...wow. I wish I did reasonably well but I love your definition. 

oh...speaking of ice cream...there was a place called tofts...oh my goodness...it was the second best ice cream i have every had...had one that tasted like yellow cake and choc icing, pumpkin pie, apple crumble and of course choc chip cookie dough...they really tasted just like the real thing...hubby did double dipps and i did 1/2 of a single dip...lol...all things in moderation 

vacation weight can be well worth it, and it will come off fast!  

All that fun, and you gained less than 5 pounds! I wish I could go on vacation and do that! Keep up the great attitude girl, it'll be off your body in no time!

LEMME TELL YA....vacation weight HATES me! takes 3 days to gain it, and 4 weeks to lose it! :( let's hope you outshine me in that area!! of course, I've got faith in you!!
