Been on holiday for a month, and have been moving house for the past week with another week to go. I haven't had stable Internet or gym access and I have been lazy, so my body has suffered. I hope to be back to where I was after six weeks of intense and dedicated diet correction and exercise.
But man that vacation rocked! Can't wait to go back to the Caribbean!
