:) maybe some I do not suffer thyroids but know of people and they do have to try very hard to simply maintain their weight so if the weight is going down even by a small amount you must be doing well. It must feel strange for you being at home and not in the truck, do you have ground rules set for yourself when you find yourself at home? Hope the meds help more now, keep up with the positive attitude speak soon :)  

I usually do but this week I just blew it. It's OK I will get back. Did alot of running and taking care of business and eating the wrong things. 

I have been dealing with graves disease for over two years. At the beginning I dropped 38 lbs in about a month. Depending on how they dose me is what I do. In Feb. of this year I had radiation done to my thyroid but they tell me it will be six months before they can see any results. I go to UAB medical center and they are suppose to be the best but mmmmmm. He tells me I'm a difficult case because if they barely change my meds it drops to far one way or the other. My oldest son has graves to. 

It does not sound pleasant at all, is it genetic? So you are not convinced that UAB are the best could you not research this. I am sorry I cannot help you in this it is just something alien to me. But surely they should be able to get your meds right for you they must have others that they treat that have your problem in this. As you say you can get yourself back on track and we all fall by the wayside from time to time, just 4 more months and you will know more keep positive Speak soon :)
