Pleasantly surprised to see that (very small) loss. I snacked so many times this week, however there was a snowstorm on Thursday and the snow was mixed with ice and very hard to shovel! So I got some exercise done.
My blood pressure is still good these days. I have read that old people, or people with chronic conditions - such as hypertension - are more likely to die from that new coronavirus than other people. I supposed it is the same for the seasonal flu, except that I was never offered a free flu shot despite my hypertension. In Quebec, flu shots are free only for very young kids, senior citizens and people with chronic conditions, but apparently I don't count! I have to say that I am too cheap and too lazy to pay and get a flu shot, so it's kind of my fault for not getting vaccinated. So as long as I don't get sick, I should be fine!
In the meantime, life is good and it is sunny outside! Perfect for the weekend.
