I have been going down but i dont feel the excitement that i would usually feel because i have also been cheating...a lot. i have gone on a no alcohol and supposedly no sweets during this season of observance. i am sure thay will help bring about more posiyive results. i continue to be worried about my hair loss though..need to get to the drs.
