Moving towards self quarantine now. Visited mom yesterday but keeping hands washed and keeping our distance. Will stay out of the fitness center until the virus cases start going down. Will probably have limited income from clients who are taking a hit right now. There are going to be a lot of people struggling. The bills won't stop just because the income does.

I’ve cancelled PT, my home aide, my wellness check, etc. I filled my tank, put the car in the detached garage and am in for the duration. Stress levels are through the roof.
