I broke the 20 lb mark today. I’m so happy! It has not been easy, especially the last week being home where I want to nibble all the time but I am making myself stick to it. I believe a lot of my success this time has to do with getting out and walking and moving more. Walking has been great for my mind and body. I already feel like my legs are stronger and my endurance is improving. I went from barely being able to walk a half a mile to doing 2.5 to 3 (hilly) miles 3-4 days a week. I’m still dealing with chronic pain issues but I feel like moving more is helping that as well. (Even when I am having a bad pain day.)
