Thank you! It’s a struggle. I have 8 autoimmune disorders. SLE Lupus causes chronic inflammation and I have Endocrine issues. I’m on steroids daily. I changed my diet, my life, and now my weight. I went from an electric wheelchair to a manual chair and a walker. I went off 4 RX’s. I’m now walking in my house daily from a 1:4 mile to a mile. Keep fighting! My motto-Never give up-Never stop smiling! Oh, and I’m 62. My labs since I started in October are better than most 40 year olds. Thank you! 💜🌈
