Finally I am on my way back down AGAIN. After seeing all those broccoli stir-fry pics on FS, I made myself some with some left over ground beef, broccoli, and green peppers with onions and a half cup of rice. It was awesome! Filling and satisfying, I had a huge helping for dinner. I haven't decided what is for dinner tonight, but I'm sure it will be very easy to fix. I ate my pre-made snack early yesterday so by the time I went to bed I was really wanting something to nibble on. I will take better care of my snack today.
