Okay...down another 1/2 lb to 141 lbs even. VERY exciting for me, as this is the lowest my weight has been in at least 2 years. Six lbs from goal weight, I can DO THIS!!! Right now I'm prepping for another quiz in Biomechanics, hoping I do better this week than last week.😒 Gotta get that grade up! I've also watched the news, & both the OK Governor & OKC Mayor are talking about how to reopen OKC. There IS a light at the end of this tunnel. When (WHEN) I hit goal weight, I'll still need to monitor my food intake to keep from gaining it all back. Likewise, when we start leaving our homes again, we'll still need to take reasonable precautions for ourselves & others, particularly with hand-washing, directing coughs & sneezes into our sleeves or Kleenex, and staying home if we don't feel well. Remain vigilant & cautiously optimistic - and have the best day possible, FS friends!
