I PRACTICED MINDLESS EATING AS I WATCHED A LOT MORE TV. EATING SWEETS AND CONSUMING A LOT OF MY CARBS LATE EVENING AS I WATCHED TV - TODAY MY JOURNEY BEGINS. I WILL EAT FEWER CARBS, I WILL NOT EAT IN BED, AND WILL PRACTICE MINDFUL EATING, I WILL BEGING A SIMPLE EXERCISE PROGRAM -TODAY I BEGIN!
