Hang in there Dionne, your doing so good girl. I have the same periods of depression if thats what they actually are. I just do something nice for myself or go shopping, the gym sometimes. Having positive people around you really helps. I can waste a whole day at the mall, but when I see a slim nicely shaped chick in heels and form fitting clothes, I get a little antsy again, cause I'm ready to be nicely shaped myself.
