Not sure why I was losing weight before, but I lost about 15lbs in 2 months without even trying, no diet, no exercise...felt fantatic to be under 130 again...at 129.2!!! Then I got sick with the flu/diahrea etc, and halloween came along....gained back 12lbs...was horrible to be back over 140. Grrrr. Let's see what happens this time.
