Inching down, still. 181 today. Got four days to meet my goal of under 180 by my birthday, and as slow as the weight loss has been, I'm thinking I will likely fall just short of it. I'm so darned close I can't really take it as a failure though. Right now my eyes are on the LA trip in three weeks anyway, seeing how much more I can lose before then.
Today, a challenge....after my daughters ball game, she wants to have lunch at a new pizza place. I'm usually okay with pizza outings at restaurants I know, because I know the best and worst choices for me at those. A new place, though, I have no idea what to expect. Time to exercise my "winging it" skills.
