Woke up exhausted so having a lazy day today. Will stick to my calorie intake, just skipping the walk and having a movie and crochet day, my bed needs a new cover. I have found that keeping my hands busy with crafts keeps me away from the fridge. 😊

I have mislaid myself many a time in the countryside/woods. Not unusual for me to emerge onto a path from amongst some dense bracken. Never with only flip flops on though!! So kudos to you toffee for getting back in one piece! I hope you're enjoying your relaxing day.

Thank you! I have learned from my mistakes, never again shall I wear flipflops on a walk.
Well, I've gone through a right mess and the positive attitude is the only thing that got me through. It's like with throwing spaghetti against the wall...do it long enough, something is bound to stick.
