My daily average intake this week has been 1670 Cals. Total Workout time this week was 200 minutes/ 3.5hrs. My average cals for the month of May is 1750. Was my birthday month as well so did go a little overboard on the weekend of my birthday. However, my goal is to hit the 1700 mark so all in all not a bad month despite the odd high calorie days... mostly been focusing on my macros and fiber intake - what a difference
