cant believe ive lost sum this week! i feel ive been eating more?? ive heard this can be a problem, as in not eating enough sometimes, maybe thats been my prob. anyway this will prob be my last weighin for the year as we are away on hol for a coupla weeks for xmas so hopefully i dont do too much damage... all that yummy food and of course the alcohol!!!!!good luck to you all over the festive season and its all go for next year to find goal weight!!cheers to all lotsa love dixxxxx
