I'm depleting at the moment. Fish, cucumber, asparagus, and Dymatize Shake. . . It's pretty intense, but temporary. With the kicked up training, I'll be in good shape for 2 weeks from now! Chances are that I won't lose anymore weight, but I'll be losing fat and toning the muscle. I'm ok with that.
