Update, hanging around 93/94kg, after changing the way I track and think about intake. I’ve increased my daily intake to around 2100 a day but then I do account for exercise. Seems to be working well so far, only time will tell. It’s nice having a larger budget to work with on the days where you just feel like something extra and know it’s not going to negatively affect your progress. While I’d really like to just push for 89kg and be done with it, I’m focusing on other things like weight training and occasional running paired with my normal walking routine.
