Fatima sister aap ka diet plan sahi hay. proteins fats and carbs ka balance rakha hay. starting days mein thori si cravings hongi but ahista ahista body adapt kar jati hay. aik suggestion hay. virgin olive oil khareed kar us se 2 tablespoons subh ko aur 2 raat ko kha liya karein. it will burn fats faster. Yeh only fats hay jo baaqi fats ko butn karney mein help karta hay. Good luck.
