We can do this. Today was a good day, went running for 2kms - haven’t ran in a while so super proud of myself. Don’t know if I’ll reach 60kg by end July but I reckon I’ll be definetly a different weight.

@ Msikade.. we can do this❣ just keep going and never give! I just started my 20:4 IF also now... really love IF it just works well for my body....

@Msikade better late than never. I can’t recall the number of times I’ve fallen off the wagon but got back up again and started again. No matter what day it is, let’s just start and keep going! Also doing IF but eating between 11am - 08pm 15:9. #30DaysWithoutSugar #GettingBackTo60Kgs
