I’m bored with my current training plan, so I’m starting a 12-week training plan on Monday (5 days of 45+mins HIIT and 30+mins of Yoga) Let’s see! 🦄 I’m saying it out loud for accountability.🦋 The goal is 1-2kgs a week = minimum -12kgs by end of September, fingers crossed 🤞🏾
