Trying out intermittent fasting.... fast 24hrs eat normal 24hrs... Read up quite a bit, seem to have a lot of health Benefits.
So I fasted my first 24 hrs, surprisingly it wasn’t too bad. Now I will eat normal, as in 1100 cal per day for 24 hours and then I will again fast for 24 hours. I will keep you updated on how well this works. Need all the help I can get......
