I haven't lost anything, but that is ok. I haven't been as strict as I should either. I have kept a steady weight this week so far. I am caught up with testing students this week and just feeling run down. Is that an excuse? No...but, it is the reason I have slacked off this week some. I am still doing ok with what I am eating, but I haven't made it to the gym this week yet.
