Gained a pound this week. Not saying I expected anything different. It’s been a rough couple weeks. I have been craving sugar constantly. I’m not sure what is going on. I’ve been having some issues with low blood pressure. I’ve got a physical in a couple weeks so I’ll talk to the doctor then. I bought a dress in a size too small. It’s pretty and not something I would normally pick for myself but I think it’s a great motivator. I haven’t worn a dress in years. I put it on (it zipped but it’s snug) and snapped a photo. It will be interesting to see it again after I lose some more weight.
