I am back from vacation and unfortunately gained 3 pounds. Today I will be back to recording what I eat, I will weigh every morning and exercise every day. My back is acting up again so I may go back to my massage therapist. It actually felt pretty good on vacation. It was so wonderful to visit my son and his family and spend time with my granddaughters. It is always hard to leave them.

I hate, hate coming home from being on any kind of a vacation... It is just so ordinary and blah... And then to have to go back to working on losing and have a sore back... You have absolutely all my sympathy!
