it says up, but I forgot to record when I gained it all back haha. anyways, I lost 1.5 pounds, and I've barely exercised. in fact, I've ate more than my RDE as well, I've just been eating more simpler things like fruits and going with a mindset that's like, "if you lose weight, good. if you don't, you have time." it's been very peaceful, and I'm content with my pacing.
