Sad... I did my keto diet without cheating and gained 2 lbs! That was hard to take but I’ll keep at it. On a good note, my keto meter showed 0.1 this morning so that softened the 2lb. gain. The 0.1 means there’s a hint of ketones! That means I should be burning body fat soon!
