Vacation was a blast, Los Angeles, Venice Beach, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, but every single day we ate, and ate, and ate. All garbage. The day I came home I weighed 166, miraculously this morning I only weigh 184.4. I'm really going to try and start exercising regularly again, and stop eating GARBAGE.
