Ketones at 0.8mmol/L which is good. Extremely happy with the weight-loss, did a few stretches yesterday, stopped ibuprofen and diclofenac for lower back on Tuesday (Diclofenac works a charm). Switched to more natural, Tumeric (concentrated), Green Lipped mussels, Fish and Krill Oil, Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM. To be honest yesterday most of the day I was worse for wear however I did not want to keep taking NSAID's even though it was only for 2 days.I must say I had a pleasant surprise in the evening, pain was there but it was bearable. So going to continue slow rehab to make sure I get everything right so I can play with my sons and enjoy life.
