So last week was a very loose week (or weak, if you will). Still kept the intake within keto profile but allowed a little departure from low-cal rigour, which is to say, I was feasting through the week. With that said, I managed to only put on 0.4lbs.

Now back to my regularly scheduled program.

Additionally and in the hope of carrying further data to track progress, I have a new "smart scale" that measures BMI and a host of other bits of info, specifically of interest is %BF, which is not based on an outdated chart profiling ideal body types but based on LUTs and body specific inputs...with that said. %BF is 22%. That is higher than avg but still not as bad as I had imagined it "could" be.
