I'm sure the weight is from Thanksgiving/not eating right. Greg got a job (yay!) but, it's an hour and a half away. So he's commuting right now until we can figure something out. My goal is to get up with him in the morning and walk dogs, exercise, and get a few things done. Today is day #2! Yesterday walked dogs 30 minutes and did a 30 minute cardio Turbo Jam and 30 minutes TJ legs. Today again 30 minute walk, 30 minutes cardio and T3 - which is with the bands.

I love having this schedule.

I've been doing this "weight loss" thing for awhile and it's really frustrating. And I just can't seem to stay motivated. So I made a personal list of reasons why I want to get in shape - not necessarily lose weight and I'm hoping that will keep me going. It's also a little disheartening when your Grandma is on the phone with you in the room and proceeds to tell the person on the line that your sister is the "really skinny one, Alaina's not fat, but, she's heavier" WHAT?!
