This Friday is a difficult day, but for silly reasons. For the last 5 years, Fridays were my "cheat days", and it has gradually gotten WAY out of hand. Literally eating ANYTHING I want: 800-something cal of ice cream, a "share" size bag of M&M's, lots of salty snacks, a big dinner, a 500+-calorie frozen coffee drink, etc.

With the weight-loss medical study I'm in, there are no cheat days. None. My "cheat" tonight: a 16 oz beer from a favorite local brewery. BUT, if this is what it takes to lose weight and lower my BP, I'll do it!
