I splurged last night with Praline Caramel ice cream and 3 rice krispie treats and today I'm pretty shocked to see I'm down 2lbs! Guess that's a great reminder not to wallow in guilt after I make a not-so-healthy choice and just get back on track to keep moving forward.😊
