A mini-goal achieved today, dropping just under 150. Significant because, according to all the health charts, at 5'5" I am now officially no longer "overweight;" I am "normal." BMI is 24.9 now, down from 28.4 in July when I was just over 170 lbs.
So that's taking the stress of court hearings, a stalker, and falling behind at work and turning it into my next reward: a Sephora shopping spree.
Next stress: moving in 1 month.
