I weighed at the doctor's office yesterday...it's a new scale. I don't think that I have truly gained weight but I am recording so that next time I weigh I will have an accurate record.

Yeah the difference in scales can certainly make it appear that there is a gain, when in fact there isn't! Just keep on going!

Thanx guys...I am still sticking with it...coming up on a year now. I started at 256 last December, so I will take 215 and get snuggly with it for a few...not too long cuz I am this close to being under 200! Do I dare dream?
