I've enjoyed seeing the steady weight loss this week. And I already am feeling better from exercising every day. Didn't get yesterday's scheduled exercise in, so doing it today. Greg and I got free tickets through my job to see the Nutcracker, so we're going to that this afternoon as well.
I'm hoping that there's a little bit of difference by Christmas. I'm not expecting a miracle or anything, but a couple inches would be great!
