Feeling great even though my weight is up slightly. My future health vision is what guides me now and I am using FS as a tool to track. Ketones at 0.6mmol/L which is good. I have done the right things so weight increase will probably represent some form of water retention as opposed to actually gaining weight. On the 30 September I promised myself that I was going to lose 20kg by 24 December 2020. I have put my weekly targets (mini-goals) till that date to keep me accountable. After Christmas I will celebrate then re-baseline in the New Year
